North Village at sparta

North Village at Sparta is a mixed use community located in Sparta, NJ. The Village provides a walk-able community for residents providing parks and a grocery anchored regional shopping center to the Township and surrounding areas. The residential portion of the project is comprised of The Residences at North Village, Stone Gate at Sparta, North Village Crossing and Chelsea Assisted Living, providing housing for all ages and income levels. Dykstra Associates has been the primary consultant throughout the land development process for this transformational community. Our planners have provided planning and expert testimony through the master plan amendment and zone change process as well as the site plan approvals. Our Engineering department provide site design, subdivision plan, storm water design and permitting, sewer collection system design and permitting, environmental permitting. The Survey Department provided surveys, topography, construction layout, and as-built surveys for the project.

RETAIL DEvelopment

The retail component of North Village will be anchored by a Super Market and a Full Service Restaurant. This future hub of activity will provide the small community that resides at North Village, and the larger community of Sparta and Sussex County with an excellent place to shop and dine.
