121 Water Street

121 Water Street is a mixed use community project located in Newton, NJ. Water Street is looking to provide resident housing and eatery options to the township and surrounding areas. The residential portion will be comprised of three upscale apartment buildings providing new housing options for the town. The property will also offer two commercial buildings offering multiple nationally recognized eateries for the current community. Dykstra Associates is the primary consultant for this land development. Our planners have provided planning and expert testimony through the master plan amendment and zone change process as well as the site plan approvals. Our Engineering department provide site design, subdivision plan, storm water design and permitting, sewer collection system design and permitting, environmental permitting. The Survey Department provided surveys, topography, construction layout, and as-built surveys for the project.
